      • What is AFIP’s pricing and payment policy?
        • Prices listed are AFIP's retail rates. A place is provided when you order to list the organization recommending the materials or provide us with their coupon code. You must select this organization or provide the coupon code to qualify for any special offers they present.

You will be billed for the materials you order (paid or free), plus shipping and handling and any applicable taxes. AFIP reserves the right to require prepayment at any time for any reason (AFIP will contact you if it is determined you qualify for prepayment). Otherwise, you will be invoiced shortly after shipment. The invoice you receive is payable upon receipt.

You should ensure you have the authority to commit the individual or company named as billable to payment. AFIP is not responsible for internal authority disputes, but reserves the right to require payment from the individual who placed the order if the named billable is able to prove that individual did not have the authority to commit the named billable to payment.

If AFIP ships materials previous to receiving payment and the individual or company responsible for payment has an outstanding invoice for more than 90 days after the date of shipment, the account will be turned over for collection and the result of that action reported to credit reporting agencies. The individual or company responsible for payment will be required to make payment in full plus any fees associated with the collection of the debt, whether the claim is pursued by an attorney or a collection agency, in order to satisfy the obligations of that debt. Once an account has been turned over to collections, the product cannot be returned for credit.
      • Does AFIP charge tax?
        • AFIP is required by law to charge tax on any paid items ordered and shipped within the state of Texas.
      • Does AFIP charge shipping and handling?
        • Yes. The amount depends on which method you select and FedEx’s fluctuating shipping charges.
      • Can I pay in installments?
        • No. At this time, AFIP does not have a mechanism in place to allow you to pay in installments.
    • Checks or Money Orders
      • Can I pay with a check or money order?
        • Yes. Send your check or money order with a copy of your invoice or order to: AFIP
          ATTN: Billing
          PO Box 1933
          Colleyville, Texas 76034-1933

AFIP reserves the right to hold shipping until payment is received and confirmed.
    • Phone Payments
      • Can I pay by phone?
        • Yes. Contact AFIP at the number listed on this site to pay by phone with a credit card. Your identity will be verified at the time of the call and your credit card information will not be stored.
      • How will I get a copy of my credit card receipt if I pay by phone?
        • AFIP will send you a copy of your receipt with confirmation of payment.
      • Is there any time I’m required to pay in advance?
        • Yes. If you order by phone, you must provide a credit card at that time.
    • Online/Credit Card Payments
      • Does AFIP take credit cards?
        • Yes. You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) through our online shopping cart (coming soon) or by calling 817.428.2434. If you use your credit card by phone, your identity will be verified at the time of the call and your credit card information will not be stored.
      • Can I fax or email my credit card information to you?
        • No! Sending your credit card information in this manner leaves you open to identity and monetary theft. If you choose to do so anyway, AFIP is not responsible for the consequences. Never send your nonpublic personal information to anyone via unsecured fax or email.
      • Can I pay online?
        • Soon. When we launch the F&I ProShop, you can pay online using a credit card or, for added security, your PayPal account.
      • Does AFIP take PayPal?
        • Soon. We will accept PayPal payments on our shopping cart online (coming soon).
      • What is PayPal? Is it safe?
        • PayPal is a way to send and receive money online. In terms of security, it is rated highly for purchaser security and used by major websites like EBay and Amazon.com. For more information, go to www.paypal.com. Many people choose to use PayPal instead of their direct credit card information because this prevents your nonpublic personal information from being transmitted directly to the company from which you are purchasing.

Getting a PayPal account takes only a few minutes.

AFIP offers PayPal as an option to their constituents and is not responsible for their service or technical difficulties.
      • I don’t like to give out my credit card number over the phone, but I would like to use a credit card to pay.
        • You may use a PayPal account to pay for purchases (either at the time of purchase or after you’ve received an invoice) or pay directly online at the time of purchase.
    • Invoices
      • Can I be invoiced for my order?
        • Yes. At this time, AFIP offers the option of receiving an invoice after you place your order. This is only available for orders placed online. However, for companies and individuals who have never ordered from AFIP or who have a history of late or nonpayment (or for any other reason not listed here) AFIP may request payment before shipping the order. Soon, we will require payment on all orders through our online shopping cart.
      • I got an invoice from AFIP, but I don’t know why?
        • If you work in accounts payable, please contact the individual whose name appears on the invoice, your GM, F&I Director or Corporate Compliance Officer. If you are still unclear, call 817.428.2434 x 202.
      • The amount on my invoice is wrong. What do I do?
        • This is typically caused by incomplete orders, a failure to pay your annual Industry Member dues, or ordering the course from a DBA that AFIP has not yet connected with your company.

In all instances, the correction can be made easily. Call 817.428.2434 x 202 for assistance.
    • Who To Pay
      • I bought one of your products through another organization. Do I pay you or them?

      • I sold one of your products. Should they pay me or AFIP?
        • Typically, they should pay you. AFIP does not have a system in place for rebating money. Contact AFIP for more information.
  • Shipping
    • Policies

If you do not receive your material within two weeks of the date ordered or by the time it was promised in writing or by telephone, please contact AFIP.

If the third-party shipping company's records indicate that the item you ordered was delivered (regardless of signature status), the individual or company named on the order is responsible for payment. AFIP is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

        • Transfer Materials
If you paid for the materials and plan to replace that employee, you may transfer the materials to a new candidate. If you’ve already given the previous employee the study materials, you must retrieve those materials. If the former employee cannot or will not return the materials, you will be required to purchase new materials at the material-only rate of $275 (plus shipping and handling and any applicable taxes).

If the former employee tests previous to AFIP being notified of the staff change, regardless of whether it was before or after his or her last day of employment, you are responsible for payment and for obtaining payment from that individual if you so choose.
